Our process looks a little something like the below, but as we always say, no two projects are the same, nor are our client requests. We accommodate for those who just need a second opinion or a mood board created, through to managing new builds from start to finish, liaising with trades on your behalf, managing the project timeline as well as the all- important budget. Wood + Wild can work with you for both your interior and exterior needs and are happy to offer our experience to projects of any scale.
This is an opportunity to catch up face to face and chat through the scope of works and what items are a ‘must’ when the project is complete. If based locally, we offer an initial consultation for a fee of $80. Following this meeting, 'if you wish to further pursue with the services which Wood + Wild offer, we will prepare a custom fee proposal to suit your project scope and the initial consultation fee of $80 will be deducted from this total amount.

Following our initial catch up, the concept stage allows for the project scope to be fine-tuned and conceptual sketches to be created to commence the design process. This is a good opportunity for mood boards to be created and the overall client vision to be established.
Showroom visits commence and lots of ordering of samples to get a true feel of how each finish will sit against one another. We also source the fixtures (i.e. plumbing and lighting) for the project and equipment such as appliances if required. We will wrap everything up with a FF&E specification document that itemises each component selected to ensure full transparency with the client.
We are now able to present you with a full package of documentation that includes plans and internal elevations. These documents enable the client to get a clearer visual understanding of what their project is going to look like once complete and will also be used during construction by the respective trades.
Furniture and décor shopping can be tiring at the best of times with the overwhelming number of beautiful stores available to us. We are closely watching new collection drops and have established connections with a range of brands across Australia. Pairing this with our furniture sourcing services, we can take care of finding those finishing touches or developing bespoke pieces to take your project from a house to a home. We will supply you with a furniture specifications document upon completion for your approval.
The final piece to the puzzle involves coming to you and putting everything together. We style your new home or selected space ready for you to walk in and pop your feet up. From styling beds to hanging artwork, we pay close attention to the details and ensure that the end result fully aligns with your original vision.
